Employment Linked Skill Training Program (ELSTP) is the program, which provides students between the ages of 18 and 35 with a number of job training courses in the Mason, Asst. Electrician, Data Entry Operator, Customer Care Executive (Non- Voice), Basic Nursing, Health Assistant Course, Fashion Designing Course, Leather Making, Two Wheeler etc.

We have started working with Tata Power Community Development Trust in India (TPCDT) from 2018 conducting various employability courses ranging short duration 3 months to 1 year certificate course in villages of the three clusters, Kundli, Bhivpuri and Vadeshwar.

Objective of the program is to provide the skill training to unemployed youth and make them employable. There are no such professional skill courses available in nearby region, and they have to travel to nearby metropolitans to pursue such type of courses. Under the program field survey conducted in the villages to find out unemployed literate youth, train them and makes them employed.
