Overview

 

The Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana is a unique initiative by the Government of India aimed at providing meaningful, industry-relevant, skill-based training to 24 lakh Indian youth.
Under this scheme, trainees will receive a financial reward and a government certification upon successful completion of training and assessment. This certification will enhance their prospects of securing employment for a better future.

 

  • Indian youth are incredibly industrious and talented. Unfortunately, the absence of formal skill training hampers the employment opportunities for deserving talent. PMKVY seeks to harness India's demographic dividend by providing skill training and making every skilled youth employable.
  • Training will be conducted based on industry-aligned National Occupational Standards through training providers and Sector Skill Councils. Under PMKVY, candidates will be eligible for a monetary reward upon successfully completing their training and clearing the assessment conducted by an independent assessment agency appointed by the Sector Skill Council.
  • Additionally, candidates will receive a government-recognized certificate, enhancing their employability. Hence, we are managing this project in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, and will soon expand to other states.

Achievements

  • Highline Educare has demonstrated excellence in both education and skill development. We have trained over 15,000 students across various educational and skill development sectors, achieving a certification rate of 90%.

  • We pioneered the implementation of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model for the Star Project in the retail sector on September 15, 2013. This initiative has made us the largest enterprise in the state dedicated to learning and skill development.

  • Our training programs have catered to diverse groups, including individuals from reservation classes, laborers, farmers, school students, medical students, engineers, and management students. Additionally, we have created numerous job opportunities.

  • We are dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs and have successfully implemented initiatives in sectors such as beauty parlors, textiles, cooking, and baking.
