STAR Project (Standard Training Assessment & Reward) is a project of NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation), dedicated for the youth of nation for Skill Development.

Unique identification project was initially conceived by the Planning Commission as an initiative that would provide identification for each resident across the country and would be used primarily as the basis for efficient delivery of welfare services.

Towards the mission of building a skilled and employable India, Highline Learning has taken yet another leap by rolling out Government of India’s recently launched National Skill Certificate and Monetary Reward scheme.
